Location: Shops located in West Monroe and Monroe, LA
Work Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8-5
Compensation: based on experience

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Junior Technician to join our automotive shop team, serving customers across multiple locations. This is a great opportunity for automotive professionals with hands-on shop experience who are eager to further develop their skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment. You’ll play an important role in keeping our operations efficient and our customers satisfied with high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform the maintenance and repair of light duty trucks and cars.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide efficient solutions.
- Conduct inspections to ensure proper functionality and safety on customers vehicles.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 2-5 years experience in a shop position, preferably in an automotive environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
- Basic understanding of automotive tools, equipment, and systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
