We’re looking for a hands-on Floor Manager to lead our front-of-house team and ensure an outstanding guest experience.
Responsibilities
Supervise hosts, servers, bussers, and runners.
Ensure staff follow company standards and policies.
Keep the venue clean, organized, and looking its best.
Make sure the venue looks, sounds, and feels right throughout the shift.
Complete and enforce opening, closing, and daily checklists.
Assist at the host stand during busy periods.
Help coordinate private events and special functions.
Maintain a positive, professional atmosphere for guests and staff.
Requirements
Hospitality management experience preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation
- $70,000 – $80,000 Annual pay
