Position Overview:
As a Ticket Writer, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll greet guests with a smile, explain our services, and accurately write up tickets for the service team. A key part of your role is promoting and selling car wash memberships—this is a major focus of the position, and you’ll earn commission on every membership sold. Your goal is to ensure each customer leaves with a clean car and a great impression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and explain available car wash services
- Promote and sell car wash memberships (this is a primary focus of the role)
- Assist customers in selecting the best wash package
- Accurately write service tickets and communicate with the wash team
- Upsell additional services when appropriate
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle concerns professionally
Qualifications:
- Friendly, outgoing attitude with strong communication skills
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on membership growth
- Ability to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods
- Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
