Before applying please understand that this is early morning work (5am-1pm) and requires a pickup truck to connect to a small pull behind sweeper trailer. Compensation provided.
. The Porter will be responsible for keeping the parking lots clear of litter, emptying and relining communal trash containers, maintaining of trash dumpster areas, leaf blowing, and reporting any illegal dumping to management.
Key Responsibilities:
Sweep parking decks using pull behind trailer attachment
Sweep, blow, and maintain parking lots
Collect and dispose of on site trash and litter
Maintain dumpster areas
Report illegal dumping to management
Other cleaning duties as assigned
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and automobile insurance
Must have reliable transportation
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
