Responsibilities
- Assist the Hotel General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring adherence to service standards and operational policies.
- Supervise and motivate hospitality teams across departments such as front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance to deliver outstanding guest services.
- Manage hotel guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and ensuring a memorable stay for all guests.
- Utilize property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems to coordinate bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and room allocations efficiently.
- Lead human resources functions such as staff scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive team environment.
- Ensure compliance with hotel guest service standards, health & safety regulations, and property policies.
Experience
- Demonstrated ability to oversee daily hotel operations while managing budgets and financial procedures effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and conflict resolution.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively.
- Experience supervising hospitality teams with a focus on human resources practices such as staffing, training, and team development.
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, foster positive morale, and promote continuous improvement within the hotel environment.
