Daily Responsibilities of an AT&T Management Associate
- Lead by example through exceptional customer service and professional interactions
- Support AT&T customer acquisition, retention, and campaign initiatives
- Assist with team development, onboarding, and daily operational activities
- Learn coaching, leadership, interviewing, and performance management skills
- Collaborate with management to improve customer experiences and business results
- Participate in leadership training, workshops, and management development programs
- Gain hands-on experience in business operations, team leadership, and growth strategies
