Pay: $22-$25 per hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift 2:30PM to 10:00PM

A growing facility is seeking a dependable
Milling Operator to support daily production. This role is ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude who enjoys hands‑on work, consistent routines, and a clean, safety‑focused environment.
Responsibilities

Operate grinding and milling equipment to achieve required particle sizes

Monitor equipment performance, temperature, and throughput

Adjust machine settings to maintain quality and consistency

Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance

Inspect product to ensure quality and safety standards are met

Document production data and report deviations or mechanical issues

Follow all safety protocols and use required PPE
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience in powder processing, milling, or manufacturing preferred

Knowledge of air classification or sieving systems is a plus

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability

Comfortable working in a dusty environment with PPE

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
