Our client is an established European geothermal drilling company that has successfully expanded into the United States. As we continue to grow throughout the Northeast, we’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, staying organized, working with people, and learning new things.
This is not just another construction job. It’s an opportunity to grow into a Project Manager role while helping build one of the most innovative geothermal drilling companies in North America.
Previous geothermal experience is not required. We’ll teach you the industry. We’re looking for someone with a strong construction foundation and the drive to grow.
What You’ll Do
Working alongside experienced Project Managers and field personnel, you will:
· Coordinate multiple construction and drilling projects
· Assist with project scheduling, planning, and logistics
· Communicate with customers, engineers, subcontractors, and field crews
· Track project progress and help resolve issues before they become problems
· Visit active job sites throughout the Northeast
· Help maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules
· Support safety initiatives and quality standards
· Learn the technical aspects of geothermal drilling from experienced professionals
· Gradually assume greater project management responsibilities as your experience grows
What We’re Looking For
We’re more interested in your potential than in years of experience.
Ideal candidates will have:
· 2–5 years of experience in construction, utilities, civil engineering, excavation, drilling, environmental, or related industries
· Bachelor/Associate degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred. Equivalent construction experience will also be considered.
· Excellent organizational and communication skills
· Strong attention to detail
· A willingness to travel throughout the Northeast as projects require
· A positive attitude and desire to learn
· The ability to work effectively both in the office and on active construction sites
· A valid driver’s license

· Project coordination
· Scheduling
· RFIs and submittals
· Budget tracking
· Construction documentation
· Working with subcontractors
· Reading construction drawings
· Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project (or similar scheduling software)

Physical Requirements
- Ability to walk on uneven terrain and active construction sites.
- Ability to climb ladders and drilling equipment when necessary.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry materials or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to travel to project sites throughout the Northeast.
