Position: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Pay Range: $24.00-$27.00 PER HR
Reporting To: Recruiting Manager
Work Type: On-site
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the day-to-day recruiting and onboarding functions of the Human Resources department. This position assists with pre-employment paperwork, reference checks, applicant tracking system updates, new hire system entries, orientation coordination, and follow-up communication with new employees. This role helps ensure a smooth candidate and new hire experience while maintaining accurate records, supporting compliance requirements, and providing administrative support to the recruiting team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources, recruiting support, talent acquisition, onboarding, or a related administrative role.
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Working knowledge of basic Human Resources and recruiting processes, including applicant tracking, pre-employment documentation, onboarding, and new hire file requirements.
- Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, email, and data entry systems; experience with applicant tracking systems or HRIS platforms preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records, trackers, and employee information.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with applicants, new hires, employees, and internal team members.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Administers pre-employment paperwork
- Accurately maintains workflows in our applicant tracking system and ATS tracker.
- Inputs employees into all the various systems throughout the organization (ie. ADP, Kantime, MyUnity etc).
- Conducts follow-up calls with new employees at three-week and three-month intervals to assess their onboarding experience.
- Conducts new hire orientation.
- Other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel and use of hands and fingers to operate computer, telephone, and keyboard on a frequent basis (Up to 75% of the time).
- Close vision requirements due to computer work.
- Light to moderate lifting may be required (up to 25lbs).
