Dental Expressions is seeking a talented, compassionate, and experienced Dental Assistant to lead our clinical department.
This leadership role is ideal for a motivated dental professional who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care while helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our clinical team.
Responsibilities include:
- Chairside dental assisting
- Leading and supporting the clinical team
- Ordering dental supplies and managing inventory
- Communicating with dental representatives
- Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of office policies and procedures
- Working closely with the doctors and administrative team to ensure an outstanding patient experience
Qualifications:
- Previous dental assisting experience required
- Administrative experience in a dental office preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Leadership ability with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Dependable, compassionate, and patient-focused
