Shift Leader – Midland
We have an immediate opening for a part-time shift leader at our Midland, MI, location.
Duties
The shift leader will ensure that excellent customer service is provided to our customers and will be the last line of defense for quality control of our product as we serve our cookies to our customers. Day-to-day tasks include taking orders from customers, filling customers’ orders, cleaning, baking cookies, and making cookie dough. The shift leader will ensure that other employees follow our policies and procedures and complete the day and the day checklists. Weekdays, the shift leader will work alone, and on weekend nights, the shift leader will also supervise a crewmember during the busy summer months.
Qualifications
-Must be able to lift 50lbs
-Must have a valid driver’s license

-Safe driver
-ServSafe certification is not required but preferred
Shift
10-15 hours a week. We have openings for our weekday hours from 3:30 pm to 8:30 pm, with alternating weekend shifts from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm and 3:30 pm to 9:30 pm. We are open Monday through Saturday and have varying hours depending on the day. There will be potential to pick up and work different shifts, with more hours in the future.
Pay
$14.50 an hour plus tips.
