Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Fast Food Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will assist customers with their orders, ensure food safety and quality, and contribute to a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Your ability to upsell menu items and maintain kitchen standards will be key to our success.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines.
- Assist in the kitchen with food preparation and sanitation tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including dining areas, kitchens, and restrooms.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register efficiently.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals during peak hours.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service delivery.
Experience
- Previous experience in a fast-food or retail environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety standards is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy setting.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- Experience with retail math is beneficial for managing transactions accurately.
