Cool Springs Wine and Spirits is looking for a Customer Service professional who is energetic, values customer service, and interested in learning about the wine and spirits industry.
As a team-oriented company, we seek an individual who can be flexible with work hours. The ideal candidate is dedicated to accuracy and attentiveness in assisting with check out of orders.
We also cross train all floor staff to work as stocking/warehouse associates, delivery and to help with carry outs for customers.
- An individual dedicated to customer service who values each and every customer, and treats everyone with respect
- Positive, helpful attitude toward customers, including the ability to speak clearly and convey information accurately
- Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds, bending, twisting and standing for long periods of time
- Memorize product locations throughout the store and be able to direct customers
- Must be 21 years of age to apply
Store Hours:
Monday - Saturday 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Sundays 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Must be available on weekends and during holidays.
No vacation days are available during the months of November and December.
Wine and Spirits knowledge is helpful, but not required.

Pay: $16.50 per hour
