Reports To: Assistant Director of Facilities Management
Status: Non-Exempt
The Multi-Trades Maintenance Professional will be responsible for property maintenance, light construction, and facility upgrades. This role will seamlessly transition between minor carpentry, basic plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, and surface finishing, and will work independently to perform high-quality repairs, diagnose issues, and ensure FPU properties remain safe, functional, and visually appealing.
$45,780 to $61,630 is the annual starting salary for this role and reflects what Fresno Pacific University reasonably expects to pay for this position. Actual compensation may vary based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity. In addition to compensation, FPU offers a competitive benefits package.
