Location:
We are currently looking for an IT Support Technician for our Lincoln, Nebraska office.
Responsibilities:

Provide first-line support to firm employees.

Install and configure hardware and software on workstations.

Maintain software inventory and deploy new software/updates to ensure workstations are up to date.

Support end users with remote support tools. May require travel to firm sites to assist with new software rollouts and/or address onsite issues.
- Assist with 15 to 20 conference rooms and the technology installed in those rooms.
- Work with IT staff on projects as needed.

Willingness to learn new technologies which include Servers, Networking, Security, etc.
Qualifications:

Associates Degree in Information Technology Support, Networking, or Security is a plus but not required

0-2 years of experience in a technology role.

Experience troubleshooting systems preferred.

Skilled in software installation preferred.

Experience with Windows 11.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Strong Interpersonal skills are a must.
