Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process by sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to support our growing manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish preferred), organized, and passionate about connecting top talent with career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding.
- Post job openings on job boards, social media, and other recruiting platforms.
- Source and screen qualified candidates for manufacturing, administrative, and professional positions.
- Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare and extend employment offers.
- Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and pre-employment requirements.
- Attend job fairs, hiring events, and community recruiting initiatives.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Maintain accurate applicant records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Partner with department managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company hiring policies.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience using job boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.
