Pay is negotiable depending on experience, ranging from $21 to $23 per hour.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable culinary professional who takes pride in producing high-quality food and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. The ideal candidate will:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards

Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation in all dishes

Assist with a la carte, banquet and special event preparation and execution

Support a positive, team-oriented kitchen culture

Ensure kitchen cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout each shift
Additional Responsibilities

Prepare food in accordance with club recipes, specifications, and quality standards

Serve menu items according to established portion and presentation standards

Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas, stations, and equipment

Set up, stock, maintain, and break down assigned cook stations

Assist with receiving, storing, rotating, and preparing food products

Adhere to all state and local health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Properly label, date, cover, and store all food products
-
Assist with daily kitchen operations and support fellow team members as needed

Perform other duties as assigned
