MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· 2-4 years of fast-paced, high-volume bartending experience
· Minimum 2 years of experience in fine dining or upscale atmosphere
· Above average Spirit knowledge, preparation methods, and upselling items
· TABC certified and Food Handler card
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
· Refined communication skills
· Must be able to stand for 8 hours
· Ability to lift small and large objects up to 40 pounds
· Advanced problem-solving skills
JOB DUTIES:
· Execute signature cocktails following brand standards & efficient service while maintaining guest engagement
· Follow fine dining service etiquette
· Coordinate with the team to maintain a presence behind the bar
· Displays a thorough understanding of classic cocktails
· Accurate implementation of recipes and prepare drinks the Mack Allen’s way
· Follow the steps of service as directed by leadership
· Prep fruit and juices necessary for business needs
Pay: $5.00 per hour
