We are seeking an experienced, motivated and dependable Roll-Off & Front Load Driver with a valid CDL license to join our team. In this role, you will operate a roll-off & / or front end loader to efficiently collect, transport, and dispose of waste and recyclable materials. Your experience combined with mechanical knowledge will ensure safe, timely pickups and while maintaining excellent customer service. This position offers an energetic and supportive work environment where your skills directly contribute to environmental sustainability and community cleanliness.
Duties
- Dependable, motivated, works well in a team setting.
- Safely operate a variety of heavy-duty trucks such as roll-off, front loader to perform waste collection and disposal tasks
- Drive through designated routes ensuring adherence to traffic laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of pickups, drop-offs, and route completion.
- Pre & Post trip inspections of trucks for mechanical issues or safety concerns before and after shifts
- Ablilityto clearly communiate with the shop during diagnoses.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate pickups and resolve any issues promptly.
Skills
- Valid CDL B or A license with a clean driving record .
- 1 year of experience operating roll-off or front end load trucks
- Strong mechanical knowledge to identify basic truck issues .
- Proven ability to operate truck.
- Capability to lift 50 lbs
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to commercial driving and heavy equipment operation

Schedule
- Monday–Friday. Saturdays only if neccessary.
- 4:00 AM start
- Local routes only — no overnights
Requirements
- Minimum Class B CDL
- Roll-off or front load experience
- Clean driving record
- Clean Clearinghouse
- Reliable and safety-focused
Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
