Duties

- Negotiate terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining compliance with company policies
- Manage sales administration tasks such as documentation, follow-ups, and updating customer records accurately
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote insurance products via various channels, including multilingual outreach when applicable
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and assisting clients throughout the sales process
Experience
- Previous experience in outside sales, retail sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training!
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and persuasively
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and the ability to analyze client needs effectively
- Familiarity with sales administration tools or CRM systems is advantageous but not mandatory
