We are currently looking for a full time Bilingual Lead Batcher to be responsible for preparing and mixing of appropriate ingredients required to manufacture desired product.
Duties and responsibilities included but not limited to:
- Follow batching instructions provided in order to manufacture desired product.
- Weighs finished product and raw material.
- Weighs drums and labels drums after each batch completed.
- Retrieves appropriate samples, retains, micros, assays from finished bulk.
- Performs finish bulk inventory.
- Cleans kettle and necessary equipment used in the batching process.
- Sanitizes and maintains water system.
- Adheres to company SOPs.
- Adheres to company PPE requirements.
- Maintain and track records.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experienced in batching or mixing of products in a food or pharmaceutical setting.
- Must be able to read and write both English and Spanish.
- Must be able to operate a computer and/or tablet.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and bend frequently.
- Must be able to work standing for entire shift.
- Frequently climb up and down stairs.
- Work extended hours as needed.
- Work in a medium to heavy physical demands in a climate control environment.
This position works Monday through Friday 3:15PM - 11:45PM.
