Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Greenville, VA
Setting: Jail
Pay Range: $1535.39 - $1612.16
Schedule: 6a-2:30p, Four days a week
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly
Requirements: Minimum one year of RN experience preferably in corrections.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to incarcerated patients in a correctional facility
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient care accurately
- Collaborate with correctional officers and healthcare team to ensure safety and compliance
- Conduct assessments and identify urgent health concerns requiring immediate attention
- Maintain detailed and confidential medical records in accordance with facility protocols
