Group Facilitator Position Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Lead group activities
- Maintain documentation
- Ensure safety and respect for diversity
- Supervision provided for group and one-on-one hours
Qualifications:
- Must be an associate or licensed therapist (A/LMFT, A/LCSW, A/LPCC)
- 1+ years of experience with mental health/substance abuse
- Valid California driver’s license and liability insurance
- Pass background and medical checks
Skills:
- Group facilitation
- Documentation and computer skills
- Cultural and lifestyle diversity awareness
Schedule:
- Flexible scheduling: 6–10 hours/week to start
- Monday-Friday 10:30-12:30 and 1:30-3:30 pm
- Opportunities in both San Diego and Orange County
