- Repair and maintain residential water systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and sump pumps, adhering to local building codes.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and plumbing system maintenance techniques to complete repairs efficiently.
- Conduct drain cleaning using specialized equipment to clear blockages and restore proper flow.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings for remodeling projects or new installations on residential sites.
- Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools and materials to job sites.
- Collaborate with clients by providing clear explanations of work performed and offering maintenance advice for long-term system health.
Experience
- Proven construction experience with a focus on residential plumbing projects.
- Hands-on experience with plumbing inspection cameras, drain cleaning tools, and power tools.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to residential plumbing systems.
- Skilled in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans.
- Strong background in plumbing system maintenance and repair within residential or commercial settings.
- Experience with remodeling projects or handyman work is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly.
