Job Summary
The Retail Sales Associate will drive sales by providing exceptional customer service to the guests that visit our outlet store at our manufacturing facility, located on Connor's Point. While assisting customers, they will also perform daily duties that include, but are not limited to: inventory management, merchandising, running promos, updating social media accounts, assisting with community events at the facility, etc.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they enter the store.
- Ensure store tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Update store appearance to follow promo calendar that you helped develop with marketing team.
- Operate cash register and follow the cash handling procedures.
- Interact with customers and answer any questions they may have.
- Maintain product knowledge and be prepared to highlight design features of our products.
- Ensure that shelves are stocked and merchandise is ready to sell.
- Compute price or discounts, as needed.
- Special projects as requested.
Skills / Qualifications
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Computer literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Works well in a team environment but also self motivated to complete projects on your own.
Compensation: $15.50/HR

Mon-Fri 10:00am-5:00pm
Sat-Sun 10:00am-4:00pm
