Responsibilities
- Perform routine pool maintenance including cleaning, skimming, brushing, and vacuuming to keep pools pristine.
- Monitor and adjust water chemistry by handling water treatment chemicals safely and accurately balancing pool chemistry.
- Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and plumbing systems using hand tools and power tools.
- Conduct inspections of pool plumbing systems and mechanical components to identify issues early and perform preventative maintenance.
- Operate company vehicles to transport equipment, chemicals, and supplies to various aquatic facilities.
- Maintain detailed service records, logs of chemical treatments, repairs, and inspections for compliance and quality assurance.
- Ensure outdoor work safety by following proper procedures for chemical handling, equipment operation, and environmental precautions.
Experience
- Prior experience in pool maintenance or aquatic facility operations is not a requirement! We will train you on the job.
Helpful Experience Areas:
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience troubleshooting pool equipment issues.
- Familiarity with water treatment chemical handling and pool chemistry balancing techniques.
- Customer service experience in a service technician or maintenance role is a plus.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and company vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Outdoor work experience demonstrating comfort working in various weather conditions.
- Knowledge of pool plumbing systems, equipment repair, and general maintenance practices is essential for success in this role.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week
