Polina’s Cleaning is looking for honest, dependable residential cleaners who take pride in providing careful, consistent work.
I find the clients and handle estimates, scheduling coordination, billing, client communication, and problem resolution. You focus on delivering excellent cleaning.
Choose your availability and the Pittsburgh areas you are willing to serve. Tell me how many hours you want, and I will actively work to build your recurring client route as quickly as local demand allows.

Requirements
- At least one year of professional or residential cleaning experience
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Your own professional supplies and equipment
- General liability insurance, or willingness to obtain it
- Ability to pass a background check
- Honest, reliable, and comfortable working independently
English is helpful but not required.
Most jobs are recurring residential cleanings. You may accept or decline any new opportunity. Once you accept a recurring client, that household will depend on you to return for the agreed schedule.
If a client reports a reasonably missed item, I handle the client conversation and coordinate the resolution. You may be asked to return for an appropriate touch-up.
