Job Summary
Sullivan's Fish Camp is a High Volume Seafood Restaurant looking for experienced cooks to work with Chef Jason Stanhope in a professional and detail oriented kitchen. Must have previous experience, PM availability, and a great attitude.
We’re looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Line Cook who thrives in a fast-paced, fun, and dynamic kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality seafood dishes with a focus on presentation, flavor, and consistency.
- Work alongside the culinary team to execute daily specials and seasonal menu items.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen while maintaining all safety and sanitation standards.
- Keep prep and line stations stocked and organized throughout service.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a team-focused work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Passion for cooking with a focus on quality, fresh ingredients.
- Strong knife skills and experience working with seafood. Fish butchery a plus.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and maintain composure during busy service periods.
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fun, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability for lunch and dinner shifts, including weekends and holidays.
