Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Food Production Crew Member to assist in prep and plating of fresh cooked meals. Candidate will gain insight into the trade of culinary arts. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with FDA regulations and food safety standards while working as a member of a team to achieve production goals. This role requires the ability to follow specific plate-up guidelines, meet deadlines and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Duties
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production efficiency and resolve any operational issues.
- Maintain accurate records of production metrics and compliance documentation.
- Follow exact specifications for weights and presentation requirements as provided.
