Healthcare Business Development Executive – Private Duty Home Care (Existing Referral Network Required)

We're partnering with an established private duty home care organization serving South Florida for more than 25 years. We're looking for an experienced healthcare sales professional who already has an active network of referral relationships throughout Broward County and can begin generating business immediately.
This is a true hunter role focused on growing private-pay home care services. Success in this position comes from developing and leveraging strong community relationships—not waiting for referrals to come to you.
Please Note: This position is focused on private-pay home care referrals, not Medicare Advantage/HMO referral models. Candidates whose sales experience has primarily been centered around HMO or Medicare Advantage referrals may not be the best fit unless they also have strong traditional community referral relationships that generate private-pay home care business.
What You'll Do
- Develop and grow referral partnerships throughout Broward County.
- Generate new private-pay home care referrals through networking and business development.
- Build relationships with referral sources including:
- Physicians and physician offices
- Hospital discharge planners
- Case managers
- Social workers
- Elder law attorneys and estate planners
- Assisted living communities
- Independent living communities
- Memory care communities
- Geriatric care managers
- Senior resource organizations and community partners
- Attend networking events, healthcare meetings, and community outreach opportunities.
- Develop new business while strengthening long-term referral partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Maintain accurate sales activity and referral pipeline within the CRM.
What We're Looking For:
Required
- 2+ years of outside healthcare sales or business development experience.
- An established referral network within Southern Palm Beach County.
- Demonstrated success generating referrals through relationship-building and business development.
- Excellent networking, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to independently manage a sales territory.

- Non-Medical Home Care

Your experience has primarily involved:
- Medicare Advantage/HMO plan sales
- Insurance enrollment sales
- Pharmaceutical or medical device sales
- Hospice sales that relied primarily on hospice-specific referral channels rather than traditional community referral relationships

Pay: Up to $105,000.00 per year
