All American Youth Sports (AAYSports) is a community based organization committed to promoting recreational sports, fitness, and youth development. We offer seasonal programs in soccer and flag football, and creating fun, safe, and engaging environments for kids to stay active and grow.
Position Overview:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Marketing & Event Coordinator to join our community outreach team. This person will represent AAYSports at local schools and community events setting up event tables, connecting with families, and helping us grow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage AAYSports promotional tables at local schools, sports events, and community gatherings
- Share program information with parents, families, and school staff
- Engage with potential customers in a friendly, informative, and professional manner
- Collect leads and contact information for follow-up
- Promote the benefits of youth sports and healthy lifestyles
- Represent the AAYSports brand with energy, professionalism, and a passion for community impact
Requirements:
- Outgoing personality and strong people skills
- Comfortable speaking in public and initiating conversations
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed (event-based)
- Reliable transportation to event sites
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly recommended
- Experience in customer service, marketing, youth sports, or event coordination
