Full-Time Position
Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour
Standard Shift: 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM
Availability Required: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Position Summary
The 3rd Shift Manufacturing Associate supports daily production operations while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, efficiency, and food safety. This role works closely with team members to produce premium products, uphold sanitation requirements, and contribute to a productive manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Follow all workplace safety procedures and promote a culture of safe operations.
Support continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining quality production standards.
Complete and maintain accurate, readable SQF documentation as required.
Report equipment issues, malfunctions, or safety concerns promptly to the appropriate supervisor.
Read, understand, and follow production instructions, recipes, and related documentation.
Clean and maintain production equipment and work areas to meet sanitation standards.
Assist with established production processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Help receive ingredients and materials, utilizing FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices.
Read and verify allergen labels to ensure proper ingredient handling.
Learn and safely operate production equipment, machinery, and ovens throughout the facility.
Ensure ingredients are stored, labeled, and organized correctly.
Follow allergen control procedures and safe food handling practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must be available to work shifts scheduled between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Ability to obtain pallet jack certification.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively alongside others.
Capable of remaining on your feet for extended periods during a shift.
Regularly lift and carry up to 60 pounds throughout the workday.
Ability to reach overhead and bend to floor level while handling 20 pounds, up to 60 times within a three-minute period.
Push and pull loads exceeding 600 pounds.
Perform repetitive tasks throughout scheduled shifts.
Demonstrate strong stamina, coordination, and physical endurance.
Read and follow written work instructions, procedures, and recipes.
Comply with GMP food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements.
Adapt positively to changes in processes and operational needs.
Work comfortably in both warm and cold temperature environments.
Available to work a rotating schedule that includes some weekends.
