Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Repelling Window Cleaner to join our team servicing commercial and residential properties in Naples and Fort Myers, FL. This role involves high-rise and elevated window cleaning using rope access/repelling techniques while following strict safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Perform exterior window cleaning on multi-story and high-rise buildings using rope access/repelling methods
- Follow all OSHA safety standards and fall protection procedures
- Inspect ropes, harnesses, anchors, and equipment before each use
- Clean glass, frames, ledges, and surrounding exterior surfaces
- Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality service
- Identify hazards and report safety concerns immediately
- Travel to various job sites in Naples and Fort Myers area
- Maintain professional communication with supervisors and clients
- Assist with general exterior cleaning tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in rope access / repelling window cleaning preferred
- Comfortable working at heights
- Knowledge of fall protection and safety procedures
- OSHA certification is a plus
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in heat and changing weather conditions
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Preferred Skills
- Experience with high-rise commercial window cleaning
- Knowledge of pressure washing or exterior building cleaning
- Rope access certification (SPRAT/IRATA) is a plus
