About the Role:
We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team! As an RN at Kinzua, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality, individualized care to our residents, while also collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify resident needs and develop targeted interventions
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continually improve care outcomes and patient satisfaction

Requirements:
Current RN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience as an RN in a long-term care setting
