Millstone Marina is looking to hire a full-time Facilities Maintenance Technician. We are looking for someone that can do the following job duties:
Job Title: Facilities Maintenance
Reports to: Marina Manager
POSITION PURPOSE:
The facilities maintenance person is responsible for making sure that buildings and the property are maintained.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform preventative maintenance to the building and property systems to prolong the life span of the facility.
- Maintain the security of the facility.
- Organize cleanliness of the facility.
- Ensure the parking lots and docks are maintained and clean.
- Perform safety inspections on systems such as fire prevention, fuel dispensing, hazardous material storage etc.
- Repair plumbing, painting, basic carpentry, and other marina and building systems.
- Coordinated landscaping.

- Proven skills or the willingness to be trained in equipment maintenance and marina operations
- A positive attitude combined with the ability to communicate fluently.
- Commercial awareness and an eye for detail in all aspects of work

- Ability to organize and prioritize work.
- Ability to work in a team environment to achieve team.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
