Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options using efficient techniques.
- Take accurate orders from guests and relay them promptly to the kitchen or bar staff.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards.
- Manage cash handling, POS transactions
- Assist in food serving duties during busy hours or special events such as banquets or catering functions.
- Uphold responsible alcohol service policies, monitor guest consumption, and ensure a safe environment for all patrons.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, preferably with fine dining or nightclub backgrounds.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders seamlessly during peak hours.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totals accurately.
- Previous banquet experience or catering background is a plus; experience in brewing or retail food environments is beneficial.
