Buffalo Brothers is looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager ready to start ASAP.
Requirements:
- Self motivated
- Willing to put in 40 to 45 hours a week.
- Be able to lead a staff towards organization and success.
- Maintain standards and consistency of product.
- Be able to instruct staff on proper rotation of product, ideal prep schedules, cleanliness, and efficiency.
- Want to be part of the success of a locally owned and operated restaurant.
- Work as part of a management team to achieve sales, cost of goods, and profitability goals.
Experience in management is required. Salary is negotiable based on amount of experience.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
