MITIGATION MANAGER- DISASTER RESTORATION
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 + commission
Our full-service restoration client, who is well established and growing rapidly, is on the hunt for top talent! They are looking for a Mitigation Manager to oversee their mitigation departments. As the Mitigation Manager, you will be overseeing staff, providing leadership, estimating, and managing the department with attention to detail and integrity.
Our client provides restoration services to their customers who have experienced damaged property as a result of water, fire, and other disasters. We need someone who:
- Has at least 3 years of experience in the insurance restoration industry.
- Can take on an existing mitigation department and support growth
- Has experience managing small to medium sized restoration crews
- Can scope and estimate with Xactimate for water, mold, and fire losses
- Can handle large losses
- Has a valid driver’s license and can pass a background check
- Has IICRC Certifications
