About the Opportunity
An established residential plumbing company serving the North Dallas market is seeking an experienced Journeyman or Master Plumber to meet customer demand. This is a hands-on, field-based service role designed for an experienced plumber who enjoys solving problems, interacting with homeowners, and generating strong income through quality workmanship and customer service. This is not a management, superintendent, or office-based position. The ideal candidate wants to stay in the field, run residential service calls, diagnose plumbing issues, recommend solutions, and maximize earning potential through production and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to residential plumbing service calls throughout North Dallas/DFW
- Diagnose plumbing issues and clearly explain repair options to homeowners
- Perform repairs, replacements, maintenance, and installations
- Build customer trust and convert recommended work into completed projects
- Deliver exceptional workmanship and customer service
- Support occasional septic-related service work as needed
- Attend brief weekly operational meetings
Compensation
- Base compensation of $80,000–$100,000
- Performance incentives and commission opportunities
- Top performers regularly earn $115,000–$150,000+ annually
- Company vehicle available based on role and assignment
Qualifications
- Extensive residential service plumbing experience
- Texas Journeyman or Master Plumbing License preferred
- Proven ability to independently manage service calls
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer communication and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable presenting repair recommendations and closing work

- Willingness to travel throughout the North Dallas / DFW service area
