About the Opportunity
We're looking for a dependable, motivated individual to assist with an active real estate redevelopment project in Southwest Baltimore. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in construction, real estate investing, project management, or learning how residential development projects are completed from start to finish.
In addition to supporting the construction site, you'll help document the transformation of the property as part of a real estate documentary. You'll have a front-row seat to the redevelopment process while gaining valuable hands-on experience.
What You'll Do
- Open and secure the construction site each day as scheduled
- Monitor the property and report any safety or security concerns
- Assist the project manager with day-to-day construction activities
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors as needed
- Keep the job site organized and presentable
- Take progress photos and videos of the renovation
- Assist with filming and documenting the redevelopment project
- Pick up materials or supplies when necessary
- Perform other project-related tasks as assigned
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Reliable and punctual
- Honest and trustworthy
- Comfortable working independently
- Interested in construction, real estate, or entrepreneurship
- Able to communicate professionally with contractors
- Comfortable using a smartphone to take photos and videos
- Physically able to walk the site, lift up to 40 pounds, and work outdoors
Construction experience is helpful but not required. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are more important.
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of hand tools or construction
- Experience with photography, videography, or social media is a plus
- Students or recent graduates in construction management, engineering, architecture, film, business, or real estate are encouraged to apply.

Compensation
