We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dining Room Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the dining room operations, ensuring exceptional service and a pleasant dining experience for our guests. You will be maintaining high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Duties

Supervise daily dining room operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to quality standards.

Engage with guests to create a personal connection & resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction.

Monitor cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Participate in regular safetychecks throughout the day to ensure we are operating in a safe environment.
Skills

Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.

Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail in a busy setting.

Problem-solving skills to address guest concerns efficiently.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the dining industry is preferred.

Be on top of cleanliness within our dining area, playroom, & restrooms.

Previous experience within the hospitality or restaurant industry is highly desirable.
