Kelli's Chicago is looking for a friendly, reliable, and experienced Bartender to join our team. We're looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys connecting with guests, and takes pride in delivering exceptional food and beverage service.
As a Bartender, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere by providing outstanding customer service, preparing quality beverages, and working closely with our kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure every guest has a great experience.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards. Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional service to every guest. Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders using our POS system. Maintain knowledge of our food menu, cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, and seasonal offerings. Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service. Keep the bar clean, organized, fully stocked, and ready for service. Monitor guest needs throughout their visit and provide prompt, attentive service. Work closely with the kitchen and fellow team members to ensure accurate and timely food and beverage delivery. Complete opening and closing duties, including cleaning, stocking, and reporting inventory or maintenance concerns.
What We're Looking For
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or bar environment preferred. Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and responsible alcohol service. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented. Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
