What you'll bring:
- 2-5 years of clinical experience in general dentistry
- Endo/Oral surgery 4-handed experience
- GA radiation, CPR/BLS, DANB or CDA
- Well-versed in digital scanning (Itero/3Shape)
- Coronal polishing is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures, including fillings, crown preparations, extractions, endo, oral surgery and other treatments.
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient procedures, ensuring all instruments and materials are ready and sterilized
- Take and process dental X-rays and impressions as directed by the dentist.
- Provide patients with post-operative instructions and educate them on oral hygiene practices.
- Record patient medical and dental histories, update records, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Manage infection control by sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms according to practice protocols.
- Maintain inventory of dental supplies and ensure that all necessary supplies are available and organized.
- Support front office operations, including scheduling appointments, answering phones, and processing payments, as needed.
- Ensure patient comfort and provide compassionate care throughout their visit.
