Duties
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment using manual labor or basic tools
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies and equipment
- Support skilled tradespeople by fetching tools, holding materials, or performing basic tasks as directed
- Follow safety guidelines diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members
- Perform general site cleanup to keep the workspace tidy and hazard-free
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively with team members
- Basic understanding of safety procedures relevant to construction or industrial environments
- Prior experience in manual labor roles is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
