We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Clerk Typist to join our administrative team. Duties
- Perform data entry with speed and accuracy using various software platforms such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for bookkeeping and record-keeping purposes as well as legal oriented software
- Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and providing excellent customer service with professional phone etiquette
- Handle confidential information with discretion while maintaining organized filing systems both digitally and physically
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings
- Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure all equipment functions properly to support daily operations
- Provide customer support by responding to inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or email
Experience
- Proven clerical experience in an office environment with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is highly desirable
- Excellent typing speed along with strong proofreading abilities
- Demonstrated ability to handle multi-line phone systems and provide exceptional customer service
- Prior experience in office management or personal assistant roles is advantageous
