Join a close knit and hardworking team at our busy Maplewood cafe. We seek an experienced barista for 3ish shifts per week (mix of weekday/weekend hours). Our baristas have commanding knowledge of traditional coffee drinks as well as our own line up of specialty drinks and food, excellent customer service skills, and they are all very hard workers. The position starts at $15.00 per hour, plus tips. Many of our customers are regulars and tips are very good, currently averaging $7.50 per hour per person. A free meal is included with every shift, and we also offer paid time off to all our employees.
