InnerSpace is looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our metal fabrication team. Whether you have manufacturing experience or are just starting your career, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.
In this hands-on role, you'll work with a variety of equipment to manufacture high-quality metal components used in healthcare environments across the country. Every day is different as you rotate through multiple fabrication processes and develop new skills.
What You'll Do
- Operate and assist with fabrication equipment including metal cutting, forming, PEM insertion, powder coating, and other production processes
- Read blueprints and work instructions to manufacture parts accurately
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Follow daily production schedules to meet customer deadlines
- Report quality or production concerns to your supervisor
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Rotate between departments and learn new equipment as needed
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist teammates when necessary
What We're Looking For
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with tools and machinery
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Ability to read blueprints (or willingness to learn)
- Manufacturing or fabrication experience is a plus—but not required
- PEM press experience is a plus
