We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Cannabis Fulfillment Manager to lead our warehouse operations and ensure seamless distribution of our products. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily fulfillment activities, manage inventory control, and optimize warehouse processes to meet the high standards of efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Responsibilities
Essential/Primary Responsibilities:
· Regular communication with the Management Team is to be maintained to ensure all operational needs are met and any procedural problems are addressed and resolved proactively.
· Responsible for Route/Dispatching of multi van Delivery fleet.
· Responsible for ensuring 100% compliance to specification by ensuring proper manufacturing, packaging, labeling and production documentation prior to the creation of manifests in METRC.
· Responsible for fulfilling orders according to standard procedure and creating product delivery manifests.
· Management of enterprise resource planning program for the packaging/portioning departments, ensuring accuracy of information entered into the system.
Experience and Knowledge Required:
· Advanced skill level with Google Docs, Google Drive, and Google Sheets.
· Hands-on approach to problem solving and analysis.
· Knowledge of Route/Dispatch problem solving
· Commercial cannabis laboratory experience is preferred.
· New Jersey CRC Badge, METRC certified.
· Advanced METRC experience
· Must be able to operate analytical instruments and analyze data.
· ServSafe certified (Training Provided)
· College degree or an equivalent level of education and experience
· Knowledge of NJ local, state, and federal employment laws relating to key areas of responsibility.
· Enterprise Resource Planning Program user experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Maintains, reviews, tracks, and archives all product related controlled documents, including manifests, sales orders, purchase orders, etc.
· Develop, implement, and maintain internal procedures, practices, and communication protocols as required by regulation.
· Quality checking packaged goods prior to manifesting and shipment.
· Provide feedback to Lab Director and Senior Management on how to increase precision of the packaging and fulfillment department.
· Complete and maintain logs and other required paperwork.
· Adheres to cGMP, FIFA compliance standards. Implements Standard Operating Procedures for assigned department operations.
· Preparation of orders according to standard procedure
· Assist in the management of day-to-day operations of fulfillment, including packaging and deliveries.
· Responsible for processing orders for vendor accounts and fulfilling orders; reviews orders for accuracy and completion.
· Responsible for detailed product knowledge and vendor policies.
· Assist the compliance manager to ensure compliant application of State and local laws governing all aspects of production, product processing, packaging, and distribution.
· Supervises and directs the activities of assigned staff.
· Creation of manifest for all product to be sent to retail locations.
· Data entry and oversight of METRC reconciliations.
· Perform other official duties as assigned.
· Must be able to lift 50 pounds in repetition as some shipments will be heavy.
· Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Accommodations can be made if necessary.
· Be able to explain the process from originating material through the fulfillment process.
· Complete all necessary inventory tracking paperwork
· Conducts studies, identifies problems, research new and innovative ways of streamlining packaging and fulfillment processes.
· Perform other official duties as assigned by supervisor

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
