Sales Associates at Malibu Tan operate and maintain cleanliness of the salons, deliver excellent customer service, educate clients to help them achieve their goals, and conduct sales of products and services. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and advise them on the appropriate type of bed, product, and session time
- Promote sales by explaining products, equipment, and membership options
- Sanitize all salon equipment in between use, including basic laundry
- Educate clients on the science of UV, sunless tanning, and Red Light Therapy
- Communicating effectively with both clients and management
Qualifications
- An interest in the tanning & wellness industry
- A great work ethic, punctuality, and a desire to learn
- Retail Sales Experience preferred
- Experience handling cash & operating a cash register
- Exceptional people skills
