Duties
- Greet prospective tenants warmly, providing detailed information about available units, community amenities, and leasing options.
- Conduct property tours confidently, highlighting features that meet individual needs and preferences.
- Manage lease or rental agreement processes accurately using property management software such as AppFolio ensuring all documentation complies with Fair Housing regulations and legal standards.
- Process applications efficiently, verifying income, rental history, and references.
- Negotiate lease terms with applicants to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining compliance with landlord-tenant law.
- Maintain detailed records of leasing activities, data entry, filing, and correspondence within property management systems.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to coordinate property upkeep and address resident concerns promptly.
- Uphold conflict management protocols to resolve disputes professionally and foster positive resident relations.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing legal documents, managing contracts, and handling customer relationship management (CRM) data entry.
- Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30 and every other Saturday.
Skills
- Proven experience with property management software including AppFolio
- Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with effective phone etiquette and upselling techniques.
- Ability to negotiate lease terms confidently while managing contracts accurately.
- Exceptional conflict management skills to handle resident concerns professionally.
- Office experience.
- Strong organizational skills for lease or rental agreement management and legal documentation handling.
- Ability to work independently within a team environment while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
